Job scopes
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting leads to define hiring needs, requirements, and strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Around 3–6 years of proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced or high-volume setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders
- Skilled in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize independently
- A collaborative team player with a passion for exceptional hiring experiences
- Experience recruiting for technology or consulting roles
